After schooling at Delhi Public School, I joined Electronics & Communication Engineering at MIT, Manipal in 2005. There, I developed a keen interest in Psychology. My interest in psychology led me to conduct training at my own college, at Delhi University, and at MacMillan Publishing House while I was still 20 years, young at college.

However, destiny had other plans. I entered the corporate world as an engineer where I worked for almost 2 years. I was fortunate to have wonderful mentors who guided me to find my potential self. In a moment of epiphany to build something of my own, I entered the deep realm of the manufacturing industry where I learned how to build peak-performing teams and what leadership is actually about.

Obage (Audio Brand)

I co-founded an Indian audio brand called Obage which is loved by many music lovers of India. Today, Obage is one of the most highly rated audio brands in India.

Toast Masters

After becoming a father, I felt a deep longing to do even more with life. In search of my hidden potential, I joined Toastmasters. Again, my fortune of having great mentors was with me. So, within 6 months, I was winning speech contests and I was visiting clubs all over Delhi to train participants on various nuances of public speaking and communication.

Found

I found my ikigai in training. I completed my certificate course to officially become a soft skills trainer. Since then, I have been helping people and organisations reach their peak potential just like my mentors helped me. So, life does come full circle.

First Book

I authored a book called “9 Obstacles to Creativity and How to Overcome Them” with the sole purpose of helping people to bring out their creative selves.

Today, I firmly believe in the power of "yet" because it signifies that challenges aren't limitations, they're stepping stones! We all have the potential for incredible growth, and "yet" reminds us that our current abilities don't define our future. Instead of thinking "I can't do this," we can reframe it as "I can't do this yet." I strive to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential through my custom-designed training models.
